Getting Ready For Spring 2014 Planting

We are happy to have Susan Parker back with us. Happy planting and cooking!

So much was lost in the BIG freeze over the winter break. We are getting ready to plant some seedlings of collards, cabbage collards, tomatoes, and sweet onions. We are happy to say that the broccoli and collards made it.

We had to excavate the dead tomato plants, sweet potatoes, sunflowers, and other flowers. Some carrots were saved and studied by the new second grade class.
